   Go onto the US Airways website for online checkin.

   Hi there –

   First of all, you need to find your confirmation code, which you’ll find on Travelocity.com in the “My Stuff” section in the top right hand corner. It will either be called your record locator or your confirmation code, and it’ll be six letters — something like EDRTDE or something.

   Once you have that, go over to the US Airways website (www.usairways.com) and click on “check in” at the top towards the left hand side. You’ll be prompted to enter your name and the city you’re departing from, choose from “today” or “tomorrow” — remember, you can only check in up to 24 hours in advance — and then you’ll be able to choose how you want to look up your flight. The easiest way is to pick “confirmation code” and then enter that six-letter code you got from your Travelocity page. After that, you should be taken to a new page where you can choose your seats (if you haven’t already) and print your boarding pass. Then you’re all checked in!

   If you need to check a bag when you get to the airport, head to the US Airways desk and look for a sign saying “check bags here,” a kiosk, or an attendant to help you. You obviously don’t need to check in again, but you should still try and get to the airport an hour in advance — your bags need to be checked 40 minutes before departure, and lines at the security checkpoint can be long.
