Do they still check the x-ray result on-board together with my k-1 visa packet?

A lot of what your asking isn’t making much sense. P.I.? x-ray result on board?? k-1 visa packet?? Sim? Sim card??
As far as getting in touch with your husband in guam, hawaii and Tx (I’m assuming you’re flying Continental here)…all are either US territories or within the US, and all should have pay phones in the terminals. It is not the airline’s responsibility to provide you with a phone to call your relatives unless you have been delayed or cancelled at their doing. You will need to make your own contact arrangements to your husband at your own expense. As for assisting you to your connecting gates, etc., of course the airline staff will either assist your or get you assistance and information.
good luck.
