Try ryanair.com they’re very good for cheap flights, and do that route.

Ryanair go from Rome’s Ciampino airport and have some flights at €30 including taxes and fees, but they use Beauvais airport (for Paris) which will require a longer coach trip to central Paris. The coach costs €13.
Easyjet also go from Ciampino, but to Orly airport which is much nearer Paris proper. I see some flights on Easyjet for €75 all in.
Earlier replies gave links to Easyjet and Ryanair. (Buzz is mentioned but has not been flying for 2 years).

The best website I’ve found so far is: skylow.com
You can buy tickets from Low Cost Airlines. I think that in Europe, the cheapest companies are ryannair and easyjet. But with skylow.com you have all the low cost airlines gathered in one website, which is great to compare and book.
